I find the beds comfortable. The bathroom stayed well kept, also very clean. The lounge space where check in is located felt NICE. I appreciate staff presence at all times. I also appreciated the 24 hour luggage storage.
I wished the room was slightly BIGGER.

I had a budget room, great for someone spending a lot of time out exploring. the bathroom was surprisingly large. the staff was friendly. I appreciated chatting with eneo (he was super nice!).

the location proved very convenient. i walked to several attractions (akershus fortress was nearby). the communal kitchen included laundry facilities, a helpful amenity. staff at the reception were also very accommodating.
The room lacked a fridge. This was a slight inconvenience.
